Mr. Brundaban Bastia was the Head Master in Astaranga High school having BA (Hons), B.ED from Utkal University, Odisha. He is involved with a number of educational institutes and social service organizations. He received honours from the State Award Announcement in 2001, the Award Giving in 2002 (Jan 26), the National Award Announcement in 2002, and the Award Giving in 2003 (Sept.05th) .He is a strong supporter of Gandhian philosophy.

Mr. Roy is a Post Graduate in English Literature from Delhi University and a Diploma Holder in Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi, India He started his social work career as a young National Service Scheme (NSS) Volunteer and then later on went to join the Centre for Youth and Social Development (CYSD) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India as a founder employee where he spent almost two decades working in different capacities with the underprivileged masses especially urban and rural youths. He also took up many projects of CYSD before he moved on to Delhi to form and look after the think tank National Social Watch and Wada Na Todo Abhiyan Campaign. Presently he is mentoring many new startups and organizations like Zestreet, Shades of Happiness, Indian Research Academy, Build India Group (BIG), Odisha Development Forum (ODF), Centre for Labour Studies (CLS), Centre for Social Change (CSC), Bharat Leadership Festival (BLF), Save Child Beggar (SCB), Noble Citizen Foundation, Integrated Volunteers Network (IVN), DIYA, Divya Yuva Manch, OSCAR , National Human Rights Organisation (NHRO), Chopra Apanjan Welfare Society, Koshish and Project 100 to name a few. He is also on the board of "The Civil Society", "Interfaith Foundation of India and Global Youth Peace Committee (GYPC) organisations and Advisor, International Youth Committee (IYC), Bharat Leadership Festival (BLF) and Skill Mind Foundation (SMF). A good communicator, networker and crisis manager with strong interpersonal skills he is also a part of Daan Utsav The Joy of Giving Week.
